Our board of supervisors meets on the 4th Wednesday (with occasional exception of the 3rd Wednesday) of each month at 1:30 pm for our regular board meeting, at our office near Powers Blvd/Airport Rd.

If you wish to attend a meeting or put something on the agenda please contact us. Persons with disabilities who plan to attend meetings and who may need auxiliary aids or services such as interpreters for persons who are deaf or hearing impaired, readers, large print or braille, are requested to contact us, two (2) days prior to the meeting so that appropriate arrangements can be made. The district board may convene into executive session on any item on the agenda in accordance with (CRS 24-6-402) the Colorado Sunshine Act.
